I have had the opportunity to observe the political process up close and personal here in Phoenix Arizona. The assessments I've made stem from the relationships I've established with the folks that do local Law Enforcement, there's only one word to describe what I've experienced, GRAFT!!!, The old New York style of payer and payee. If you have the money, and your not an illegal, you can buy any section of the political process, including the great Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Now I understand why this guy has been on the air bashing the Obama Administration, while at the same time profiting from the illegal immigrant Federal funding he receives to maintain the boarder. Arpaio, along with the local politicians, he does not want the boarder secured, that would mean $ from the process of housing and shipping these people from place to place would dry up, yet he spends a great amount of time trying to convince the good people of Phoenix that this is goal.
Unfortunately most people here. like everywhere else don't pay attention to the real story behind the smoke screen.
