I waited for three years, every summer when baseball season got started, hoping that this would be the year the local ball park would receive it's promised makeover, it never happen, I was in Boston in 2009 and drove through my old neighbourhood and that park still hasn't been touched.
Politics at that time in 1972 became apart of me, I realized at that moment, as a politician you could say one thing and do another and nobody would call you on it. I also realized as I grew up with the likes of Billy Bulger, (D) State Senate President and brother to one of the most notorious murders Boston has ever seen,Tip O'Neill one of the most brilliant political minds that ever won a fixed election, Teddy Kennedy, what can I say, leader of the liberal left for 50 years. I can go on and on and on, my point is this, I know, from experience when the sharks ( press ) smell blood in the water and that leaking isn't stopped right away, your done, you can hang it up, call it quits, goose egg, it's a wrap, kick rocks, whatever you want to call it and Obama as struck and he has struck hard and deep, early. No playing or waiting around, most people are shocked, I'm not, I knew Obama had it in him from day one, when you under estimate this man, you die, ( politically) or in the Bin Laden case literally.
Mitt Romney has been boxed in early on this releasing his taxes issue and with the republican party calling on him to release them and Mitt doubling down on not releasing them one has to wonder where Mitt is going to go in Tampa in late August (republican convention) and not face this issue time and time again.
Mitt was being considered for V.P. under John McCain and Mitt released 27 years of taxes to McCain and when the McCain people looked them over they went with Sarah (die 1000 deaths) Palin.
When the press gets done nibbling on Mitt's guts there will be nothing but bone left for Obama.
